There are two fixtures this weekend. On Friday night the Youth XV welcome league leaders Llandeilo RFC to Parc y Mynydd Mawr in a fixture that is key to their title aspirations, Kick off is at 7.15pm.
On Sunday the Ladies XV travel to Cardiff to face Whitchurch RFC in a friendly fixture, kick off 2.30pm. The Piod Pinc will be looking for further improvement after last weekend's narrow defeat against Cilfynydd RFC.
