After Tycroes RFC canceled their opening league fixture in midweek Tumble Youth traveled to the Athletic Park in this hastily arranged friendly. A young Magpies side containing a number of last season's successful Under 16's team totally dominated the game and went on to claim an impressive 5-40 victory. Tumble's points came from tries by Dan Davies (2), Osian Edwards, Scott Jones, Callum Williams and Alex Jones. Captain Steffan Wyn Davies completed the scoring with 5 conversions.
An outstanding victory, well done boys.
